Braces-Friendly Recipe: Thanksgiving Cheesy Pull-Apart Rolls

Thanksgiving is next week, and I've been gathering my favorite recipes to celebrate! One recipe I just had to share with you today is a delectable braces-friendly twist on a traditional dinner roll: Thanksgiving cheesy pull-apart rolls!

Besides the incredible cheesy flavor, the best part about this recipe is that they only take FIVE minutes to throw together and TWELVE minutes to bake. You can get this part done quickly to make room in the oven for the more complicated dishes.

On a side note, we would LOVE to hear about your favorite Thanksgiving recipe. If you share it with us, we will feature it on our Facebook wall and blog for all of our patients to see and enjoy. Email it to lauren@macsmiles.com.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz tube of refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh diced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut each biscuit into fourths and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add in onion and garlic powder, parsley, cheese and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Place 3-4 pieces into each muffin cup ( prepared with non stick spray.) I got 9 biscuits out of my tube.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes, until biscuits are golden.
