It's National Ice Cream month, and with the Texas summer heat, it couldn't have come at a better time. We want to celebrate National Ice Cream month by sharing this delicious recipe with you. The best part about this recipe? It doesn't require a fancy machine, and it's a fun little summer project to do with your family.
We chose to flavor our ice cream with only creamy ingredients to make it braces-friendly, but feel free to add your favorites.
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup Nutella
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in large bowl. In a separate large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, butter, and Nutella. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.
