GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Appointments are normally scheduled every 4-9 weeks.

  • Repairs--please call for an appointment. If patient is in pain, we will see him/her immediately (no charge).

  • Illness--if patient is sick with anything contagious or too sick to go to school, please call and reschedule his/her appointment.

  • Dental checkups by your dentist every 6 months (if not done 3-4 months before braces are put on, please see your dentist).

  • TREATMENT IS TEAMWORK! Cooperation in oral hygiene, elastic wear and headgear are necessary to ensure a quality result.

Last appt is 4:30.

Tuesday

7:30-4:30

Last appt is 4:30.

Wednesday

7:30-2:30

Last appt is 4:30.

Thursday

7:30-4:30 (Assoc. Dr. Monica King)

Last appt is 2:00.


Summer Hours may vary

 
  • Longer appointments and those requiring more doctor time are scheduled during the hours of 9-2. We try to accommodate as many children before and after school as possible. Therefore, our longer wire change and bonding appointments are done during school hours. A few of your child's appointments will be made during school hours.

  • Rescheduling appointments--24 hours, if possible.

  • If you miss an appointment, please call to reschedule as soon as possible. Your treatment time is very important to us.

  • Orthodontic appointments are excused absences.

  • Please arrive on time for each appointment. This is critical to accomplish the utmost at each visit.

  • Our associate doctor is Dr. Kim Travers. Her normal working days in our practice are Thursday and Friday.

  • Disposable toothbrushes are available for patient use.

  • Patients check in at the computer, pick up their chart, and go directly to the treatment area. Friends and family are asked to wait in the reception area.

FINANCIAL

  • Down payment is due at spacers appointment.

  • Insurance--we will file your insurance for you. Must have fully completed claim form at appliance placement appointment.

  • If you transfer out of our practice--evaluation of account.

  • A bookkeeping courtesy is available for full payment of treatment at start of treatment.

  • The frequency of appointments is not connected with monthly payments.
